My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health issues, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
My focus is to help clients heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths, which may have become challenging in the face of life transitions or adjusting to life changes such as an illness or loss. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life which you may have lost due to life transitions or adjusting to a chronic illness
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples and/or families who are looking for help with managing a difficult illness or life transition. Therapy sessions are a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationships.
Underlying stress can complicate managing activities of daily living, especially when facing a life transition, adjusting to, or living with an ongoing medical illness or care giving a loved one. Whatever your situation, I'm here to help you learn ways to reduce stress through relaxation skills training, mindfulness skill building, guided imagery and/or other alternative therapies.
